LINSEED cold pressed oil, 100% pure

Linseed oil

It contains the highest level of the omega-3 fatty acid ALA (Alpha-linolenic acid) among vegetable oils, up to 56% and is also rich in vitamin E. Because it can not whitstand temperatures higher than 107°C linseed oil is only used cold, for salads or already prepared meals. It should not be used for cooking or baking.

Pumpkin seed oil

It has a vibrant green-to-red color and a very rich taste. Pumpkin seed oil has a high level of omega 6 and 9 unsaturated fatty acids, vitamin E, zinc and also carotenoids that have a strong antioxidant activity. Pumpkin seed oil is not stable when heated (its smoke point is 160°C) and thus it is not used in cooking. Instead, it perfectly blends as an ingredient in salad dressings, spreads and marinades. Serves as great toping also for fish, rice and various cheeses.

Sesame oil

Its smoke point is 177°C so it is generally used for cooking and frying, and of course served cold as a salad and sauces ingredient. Sesame cold pressed oil is very rich in a number of nutrients: vitamines A, B1, B6 and E, calcium, manganese, copper, iron, folic acid and a high concentration of fatty acids, including polyunsaturated omega-6 and monounsaturated omega-9 fatty acids. Hazelnut oil

Hazelnut cold pressed oil is rich golden yellow color and irresistible hazelnut taste. It is rich in vitamins E, B1, B6 and omega 6 polyunsaturated fatty acids, which make up to 83% of this oil. There are also omega 3 and 9, but in a significantly smaller amount. Hazelnut oil is utalized to flavor salads, sauces, pasta, bbq meat and especially fish. Compliments perfectly cake recipes, baking pancakes and cookies, which is allowed by its high smoke point of 221°C. This oil is one of the four oils that are best suited for thermal processing (cooking, stewing, baking and frying).

Almond oil

Recommended consumption would be a tablespoon twice a day. Walnut oil

It contains antioxidants called ellagic acid, which has anti-bacterial, antiviral and antiseptic properties, and also acts as an anti-inflammatory agent.
